Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best serve all guests and our busy stylists, cancellations and no show policies are as follows:
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations/rescheduling.
If you cancel/reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your appointment start time, a 50% cancellation fee of service(s) booked may be charged.
If you cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment start time, a 100% cancellation fee of service(s) booked may be charged.
No-Show Policy
No-shows may be charged a 100% fee of service(s) booked.
Late Policy
Arriving 15 minutes late or more to your appointment may result in your stylist not able to accommodate you or provide all services booked, therefore, a "late cancellation" fee may result.
